MIM Note: Sami Al Arian who was a speaker at the DC rally was jailed in 2003 on terrorism charges. Amer Jubran, a Muslim 'peace activist' who was forced to 'leave' the US in 2004, is now carrying on his radical Islamist activities in Jordan .

CAIR :Public Service Announcements aka Propaganda from Saudi Arabia
Message from CAIR to FOX viewers of 24
" Hi. My name is Nihil A. Wad . I play the CAIR Wahabist agent trying to ban Fox's '24 who pretends to be a Muslim civil rights campaigner. I would like to take a moment to talk to you about something that I think is very important.Now,while terrorism is obviously one of the most critical challenges facing our nation and the world, it is important to recognize that CAIR and the American Muslim community are trying to fool their fellow Americans into thinking that we denounce and resist all forms of terrorism. If we really did that , we would have no time to intimidate tv stations like FOX into airing spots like this. So while watching 24 please bear that in mind."
MIM: As one can see from the picture above, CAIR director Nihad Awad has publicly shown support for the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade and Hizbollah. All the more reason to demand that FOX give equal time to a real 'Public Service Announcement' showing that the Muslim 'civil rights' groups such as CAIR, which demanded that FOX air spots paying lip service to the myth that "the Muslim community stands firmly besides their fellow Americans in denouncing and resisting all forms of terrorism", are exposed for the Saudi funded radical Islamist front groups that they really are.
In the interests of public service CAIR could also air spots showing all of the former CAIR staff members, such as Ismail Randall Royer , Bassem Khafagi, and Ghassan Elashi, who were convicted on fraud and terrorism charges with the disclaimer that :
" Not all CAIR employees have been convicted on fraud and terrorism charges like Randall Royer, Bassem Khafagi, and Ghassan Elashi ... Please bear that in mind that in mind as you look at the picture of CAIR director Nihad Awad wearing an Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade scarf while speaking at a pro Hizbollah rally. "

Comment: (1) This filing explicitly ties CAIR to "the criminal conspiracy of radical Islamic terrorism" that carried out 9/11, a first to the best of my knowledge.
(2) If the suit is successful, CAIR (1) will have been legally tied to Al-Qaeda and (2) will be partially responsible for damages amounting to US$100 billion.
(3) This filing, when added to Anti-CAIR's counter suit, suggest that despite CAIR's growing litigiousness, it will find itself legally more on the defensive than the offensive in coming months. (December 30, 2004)

MIM: Dr. Daniel Pipes comments on what he calls Fox's "3/4 cave" to CAIR for broadcasting this PSA
Feb. 7, 2005 update: Fox Broadcasting aired a disclaimer during 24 this evening. The star of the show suddenly appeared after the first block of ads and made the following inarticulate, ungrammatical statement, one that CAIR claims it was consulted about:
I'm Kiefer Sutherland. I play counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer on Fox's 24. I would like to take a moment to talk to you about something that I think is very important. Now, while terrorism is obviously one of the most critical challenges facing our nation and the world, it is important to recognize that the American Muslim community stands firmly beside their fellow Americans in denouncing and resisting all forms of terrorism. So, in watching 24, please bear that in mind.
Comment: That semi-cave has now become a 3/4s cave.
The Muslim Public Affairs Council is not satisfied with this, however, and dismisses tonight's disclaimer as "feeble" because its message is "far less powerful" than the story line. But there is one piece of good news in the MPAC press release, namely its confirmation that at the January 13 meeting, Fox executives "rejected the suggestion that they alter the substance of the show." 3) MPAC has a point; indeed, there is something pathetic and ineffective about this disclaimer. Imagine if, in the middle of Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice, an actor comes on stage to announce, "Jews stand firmly with their fellow Venetians to denounce greed." It would be more weird than convincing.
4) Sutherland's stilted reading of the disclaimer gave the impression he was compelled to do so. In fact, one correspondent compares his performance with that of a hostage in an Iraqi jihad video who grimly makes a public statement while his captor's gun invisibly sticks into his ribs. Permalink

Just for the record, I was forced by Fox News to record this piece if I wanted to continue making the big bucks from the cretins that apparently now run this network of fools and poseurs.
Sorry…ok…let me level with you, terrorism is obviously one of the most critical challenges facing our nation and the world, it is important not to recognize that the American Muslim community has made it abundantly clear that many of them not only tolerate terrorism but regularly attend Friday Mosque services where anti-American Imams, under the employ of Wahabbist Saudis, lecture them about the merits of killing Israeli women and children, chopping off the heads of Americans or American sympathizers in Iraq and in general bringing Jihad to the United States.
In addition many American Muslims have not knowingly given great sums of money to phony charities which support terrorism overseas, funding suicide bombings and the like in the name of Allah. They have not attempted to purchase rocket launchers in FBI stings, or murdered innocent families in New Jersey simply because they are Christian.
In general they have acted in a manner consistent with the religion of peace.
In defense of such practices, a holy army of Islamist lobbyists, such as CAIR, have sprung up all over the place and have succeeded in persuading Fox into making these announcements so that Al-Jazeera might have additional content to broadcast throughout the Mideast.
Fox calls this fair and balanced and I agree.
Everyone knows that terrorists come in all shapes, sizes and ethnic backgrounds.
Caucasian nuns, grandfathers in wheelchairs, 9 month old infants; all fit the profile of the international terrorist to a "T."
Muslims have never been guilty or even charged with terrorism, but of course you already know that if you have watched Fox for any length of time.
In conclusion let me once again state that terrorism and Islam are mutually contradictory terms, like oil and water or the Captain and Tenille, they simply never mix.
So join with me now in watching ‘24' secure in the knowledge that the next time you hear of an innocent Christian being beheaded that a Muslim did not do it and that the forty-something secretary next to you right now might very well be planning an airline bombing in her spare time, better call the Feds on her right now.
