Dutch City Terrorized By Muslim Jihadis, Police And Government Officials Cowed Into Dhimmitude By WILLIAM MAYER and BEILA RABINOWITZ October 5, 2008 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Dutch police are refusing to take action to quell the ongoing and increasing campaign of violence and intimidation being carried out by gangs of Moroccan Muslims in the city of Gouda. Rather than acting to halt the attacks against innocent citizens the police are ignoring the mounting terror, suggesting that nothing is out of order.
"A police officer was knifed this weekend in Gouda. As well, journalists continue to be attacked. But the municipality continues to claim that all is quiet. The local city council is displaying the same resignation to being overrun, unbelievably even to the point of dismissing the knife attack.
"Gouda council continues to claim that it is all a matter of small incidents. "It is very unpleasant of course, but a knifing is too big a word," said a spokesman for the police on the knifing of his colleague. "The knife only caught his buttock." [source, ibid] Murderous attacks motivated by anti-Christian and anti-Semitic bigotry perpetrated by Holland's Moroccan Muslim immigrant population have been a fact of life in the near criminally tolerant European country for some time now, having most prominently come to general public attention in November 2004 when Mohammed Bouyeri, the son of Moroccan immigrants, murdered and nearly decapitated the controversial film maker Theo van Gogh because of his alleged "anti-Muslim" viewpoint. The response has been less than tepid, with most Dutch officials pretending simply, that it is not happening. For example Amsterdam's mayor Job Cohen has dismissed the concerns of the native population over the near uprising, which is taking place all over the country in areas settled by the Moroccans, and called debate over the matter in the Lower House, "out of proportion." In Holland's Lower House MP Geert Wilders has been railing against the threat for years and is now demanding that something be done to quell the violence. Joined by fellow MP Griffith they are decrying being made the scapegoat in the case by police officials stating it should be their job to, "stop the hooligans," rather than, "criticise the Lower House." http://www.pipelinenews.org/index.cfm?page=goudaid=10.5.08%2Ehtm ------------------------------------------- See also: "Fierce debate in NL about dealing with Moroccan hooligans "this land is being inundated by an epidemic of Moroccan violence" http://www.militantislammonitor.org/article/id/3644 Emerson Vermaat: Crime and Terrorism: The Role of Moroccan Immigrants In Holland, Belgium and Spain http://www.militantislammonitor.org/article/id/3640 --------------------------------------------- Cohen: Good that corps chief expresses criticism Job Cohen the chairman of the [police]corps advisory board (in which 25 mayors and the Minister of Justice sit) concurs with the opinion that the debate in the Lower House about Moroccan youth was out of proportion. He finds it important that the Chief Commissaris Jan Stikvoort of the Middle Holland regional police has aired his feelings about it. In contrast Lower House members reacted incensed to Stikvoort's critique. He said this in an interview in the Volkskrant that the Lower House is sowing division in the society. He claimed that the House members have exaggerated a small incident. According to him the House members have done this to score electoral points.' I am fed up with the politicans who make a big deal about something small and then go on to say that the police dont do their work well'. Cohen, the mayor of Amsterdam, has no problem whatsoever that Stikvoort has expressed himself in this manner. 'He is standing up for his own people. He is entitled to do that". Cohen doesnt reject that the problem with the Moroccan youth is serious, also in Gouda and that people are disturbed by it. 'The police are doing a lot, but that did not come out in the House debate over Gouda'. Statements that the country is on fire, that the army must go to Gouda and the police do not feel the urgency do not sit well with Cohen. It is good that Stikvoort is bringing this back again to the real proportions. According to the chairman of the Corps advisory committee... PVV chairman Geert Wilders finds that Stikvoort must be demoted to a parking overseer and wants a speedy debate with the Ministers Ernst Hirsh Ballin (Justice) and Guusje ter Horst (Internal Affairs) about the declarations of the police chief.
---------------------------------------------------------------- Cohen: Debate over Morrocan hooligans out of proportion The chairman of the Corps advisory board and Amsterdam Mayor Job Cohen agree with the corps chief Jan Stikvoort that the debate in the Lower House over the problem with Moroccan youth in Gouda was "out of proportion". Plundering in Gouda
The incident did not have priority according to the police in Middle Holland because the group was already gone. ...According to Stikvoort the parliament has given a wrong picture of Morrocan hooligans in Gouda. VVD'er Griffith says "The corps chief is not there to criticise the Lower House but to stop the hooligans." ----------------------------------------- Policeman is knifed -Municipality still insists Gouda is quiet
