MIM: Not surprisingly this tweet is causing a major uproar in Holland.It is one more proof that Muslims in government and political positions need to be monitored. Yasmina Haifi worked for 9 years in the Ministry of Security and Justice and by a branch of the National Coordinator for Combatting Terrorism And Security (NCTV). She is also an official in the Labor party (PvdA). Of course she deleted the tweets and is now backtracking but as they say in Dutch;het kwaad is al gescheid" i.e. its too late and she has been summarily dismissed from her post. It is terrifying to contemplate what kind of secret information this ISIS sympathiser was privy to and that she was considered to be a "moderate Muslim".
There is a pattern here. Just like the Grand Mufti of Al Azhar and other major Islamic organisations such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation couldnt bring themselves to issue a full throated condemnation ISIS but instead took issue with them because they 'tarnished the image of Islam as a peaceful religion'.Haifi,who was doubtless viewed as a moderate, takes this sociopathic reluctance to condemn ISIS and admit it is part and parcel of Islam by calling it a Jewish plot. In the article she says that "the terror group cannot be Islamic because their deeds "stand directly in contradiction to Islam".
"The woman worked more than nine years as project leader of the personeel department of the Security and Justice Ministry and was attached for the past two years to the National Cyber Security Center. (NCSC)"

The ombudsman recently ruled that the police in The Hague did not use extreme force..."

MIM: Apparently this blatant and incredible 'conflict of interests' i.e. advocating for the Salafist ISIS supporters in the Schilderswijk against the police did not warrant Haifi's dismissal or even any disciplinary action.

Yasmina Yaifi baseerde haar tweet op informatie van klokkenluider Edward Snowden - Foto: ANPHet ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie heeft ambtenaar Yasmina Haifi per direct geschorst. Haifi noemde de terreurorganisatie IS 'een vooropgezet plan van zionisten die bewust Islam willen zwart maken'.
De vrouw werkt meer dan negen jaar als projectleider Personeelsbeleid op het ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie en was sinds twee jaar gedetacheerd bij het Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC).
Bij het centrum moet ze haar werk per direct neerleggen. 'Omdat haar uitlatingen rechtstreeks betrekking hebben op het werk van de NCTV, vormt dat aanleiding om haar detachering van werkzaamheden bij NCSC/NCTV met onmiddellijke ingang te beëindigen,' aldus het ministerie.
Ophef
In de Tweede Kamer ontstond ophef na de tweet van Haifi over terreurgroep IS (voorheen ISIS). De PVV noemde de ambtenaar 'een gevaar voor de staatsveiligheid'.
Het CDA wilde graag van minister Ivo Opstelten (Veiligheid en Justitie, VVD) weten wat het kabinetsbeleid is ten aanzien van 'ambtenaren die de terreurorganisatie IS steunen, hun daden bagatelliseren of anderen de schuld geven'.
Mening
De ambtenaar zelf zegt afstand te nemen van de daden van IS, maar blijft erbij dat de terreurgroep niet islamitisch kan zijn omdat hun daden 'lijnrecht tegenover de Islam staan'. Wel verwijderde Haifi de tweet met beschuldiging richting zionisten uiteindelijk van haar account.
Ze geeft toe dat haar uitspraak, gezien haar functie, niet zo handig was. Maar de ophef had ze niet zien aankomen: 'Ik dacht dat Twitter gewoon een plek was om je mening te geven. Vrijheid van meningsuiting in Nederland telt blijkbaar voor bepaalde groepen en voor andere groepen niet.'
Tot slot: ik neem volledig afstand van het gedachtengoed van ISIS en haar daden. En zeg dit met volle overtuiging.

Politiek
De voormalig projectleider van het NCSC benadrukt dat de tweet niets met haar inhoudelijke werkzaamheden van doen heeft. Als projectleider personeelsbeleid zou haar functie 'niets met politiek te maken hebben'.
Naar eigen zeggen baseerde Haifi haar controversiële tweet op documenten van klokkenluider Edward Snowden, waaruit zou blijken dat IS een zionistische campagne is. Waar zij die informatie heeft opgepikt, is onduidelijk.

Haifi zorgde woensdagochtend voor grote opschudding toen ze twitterde dat ISIS een complot is van zionisten om de islam zwart te maken. Het ministerie neemt ,,volstrekt afstand" van de woorden van haar ambtenaar.
Of Haifi nog terugkomt op het departement is zeer de vraag. De leiding van gaat op korte termijn met haar in gesprek over hoe nu verder.

MIM: Muslim groups and individuals are in complete sociopathic denial mode stating that ISIS "has nothing to do with Islam" and are only speaking negatively of them because they are giving Islam a bad rap and causing a crackdown on Islamists. This is perceived as detrimental to the spreading of Islam via stealth jihad and Muslims are using their criticisms of ISIS to cynically portray their religion as the real victim of ISIS.

Sheik Alawi Al Amin of Al Azhar : "ISIS is a terrorist group which was born out of colonialism and Western intelligence for the purpose of slitting the throats of Muslims and dividing the Islamic nation."
According to Reuters, Grand Mufti Shawqi Allam described the group as a corrupt, extremist organization that is damaging Islam.
"An extremist and bloody group such as this poses a danger to Islam and Muslims, tarnishing its image as well as shedding blood and spreading corruption," said Allam, Egypt's most influential Muslim cleric, was quoted by the state news agency MENA as having reported...
Allam said the group's actions strengthened the hand of those who wanted to harm Islam.
"[They] give an opportunity for those who seek to harm us, to destroy us and interfere in our affairs with the [pretext of a] call to fight terrorism," Allam said, according to Reuters.
