Fatah: 'Blood of Martyrs Draws Borders of Homeland'

Palestinian Media Watch catches Fatah glorifying terror openly as "peace talks" continue. By Arutz Sheva First Publish: 9/29/2013, 7:21 PM Once again, Israel's "peace partner" in diplomatic negotiations over the Land of Israel has been caught glorifying terrorism, even as negotiations continue.

Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik of Palestinian Media Watch report that Fatah chose to glorify violence and "martyrdom death" as the way to determine "the borders of the homeland":

"My homeland taught me that it is the blood of Martyrs (Shaheeds) that draws the borders of the homeland."

That text, together with a picture of a man holding a rifle, was posted by the administrator of one of Fatah's official Facebook pages, "Fatah - The Main Page," on Thursday.

Palestinian Media Watch has documented that Fatah uses this Facebook page extensively to promote violence, honor terrorists, and glorify killings of Israelis and Jews.

PMW recently exposed that Fatah called for the return of female killers, including suicide bombers, to replace today's "whores," referring to women who demonstrated against Mahmoud Abbas, on this same Facebook page.

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is also Chairman of the Fatah Movement.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sent a letter August 10 to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in which he complained that Palestinian Authority (PA) incitement against Israel is continuing even after a return to U.S.-brokered "peace negotiations" between Israel and the PA was announced.

"Incitement and peace do not go together," wrote Netanyahu. "Instead of educating the next generation of Palestinians to live in peace with Israel, the education to terror poisons them against Israel and lays the groundwork for continued violence and terror."

Sources said Netanyahu was referring specifically to a recent statement by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, who said that there would not be a single Israeli (i.e., Jew) living within a future PA state, and to a broadcast on PA TV that said the PA state's boundaries would stretch from Rosh Hanikra to Eilat – that is, it would stretch from Israel's northernwestern corner to its southern tip.
