April 4, 2011 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Bowing to intense public pressure, Team Obama has once again reversed course, now apparently in total agreement with the George W. Bush administration's claim that the perps of 9/11 deserved and were destined for trial by military tribunal.
In doing so, the DOJ and the WH are now admitting that 9/11 and its aftermath were not simple criminal matters but acts of war.
The DOJ presser tried to put the matter in the best light but it's clear that Holder's collection of poseurs, doctrinaire neo-Marxists and dewy-eyed amateurs have once again proven their total incompetence, "The Justice Department today announced that the cases involving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees accused of conspiring to commit the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks have been referred to the Defense Department to proceed in military commissions and that the federal indictment against these defendants that was returned under seal by a grand jury in the Southern District of New York on Dec. 14, 2009 has been unsealed and dismissed...."
