Egypt's Terrorist Muslim Brotherhood Announces Creation Of "Freedom and Justice" Party

February 22, 2011

February 22, 2011 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Just appearing on Ikhwanweb, the Muslim Brotherhood's English language website [see, http://www.ikhwanweb.com/article.php?id=28077] is the announcement claiming the creation of an official Muslim Brotherhood political party called, "Freedom and Justice."

The statement reads in part, "The group's chairman Dr. Mohamed Badie announced in a press conference that membership was open to each and every Egyptians [sic] prepared to accept the party's programs, policy and direction... The MB has confirmed that it does not object to the election of women or Copts in cabinet however it does not believe it would be appropriate to nominate a woman or a Copt as head of the party."

With the Ikhwan's limited familiarity with either the concept of freedom or justice this development will bear watching. In perhaps a glimpse of what these terms mean to this group, Badie's statement made clear that Copts [Egyptian Christians, continually suffering persecution and lethal violence perpetrated by Islamists] and women need not apply for leadership in the newly formed organization.
