STATE REP DROPS OUT OF FORT LAUDERDALE CONFERENCE FOR RADICAL MUSLIM GROUP

PORTH CONCERNED ABOUT ISNA'S TIES TO TERROR AND HATE

(Fort Lauderdale, FL) Florida State Representative Ari Porth's office contacted Americans Against Hate Chairman Joe Kaufman, today, to inform Kaufman that Porth has cancelled his speaking engagement at this weekend's Fort Lauderdale conference for the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), due to information he received concerning ISNA's ties to terrorism and anti-Semitism.

As such, Representative Porth's name has been removed from the event program on ISNA's national website.

Porth had spoken to Kaufman, yesterday, and asked Kaufman to e-mail him proof of ISNA's terrorism ties. Kaufman showed proof of how ISNA was co-founded by Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) leader Sami al-Arian; how ISNA was named by the U.S. government as a co-conspirator to the financing of Hamas; how ISNA has used its national website to propagate hate against Jews and others; and more.

Americans Against Hate (AAH) thanks Porth for doing the right thing and encourages everyone else to contact Porth's office to thank him as well.

Kaufman and Americans Against Hate will be leading a protest against ISNA this coming Saturday, in downtown Fort Lauderdale, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
