ANTI-HATE GROUP TO LAUNCH PRO-ISRAEL INITIATIVE AT WEDNESDAY RALLY

WILL CALL ON AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION TO NOT HINDER ISRAELI MILITARY RESPONSE AGAINST IRAN

(Fort Lauderdale, FL) Americans Against Hate (AAH), the anti-bigotry, terrorism watchdog group, will be launching a pro-Israel initiative Wednesday afternoon, at a rally being held in downtown Fort Lauderdale to remember and condemn the pro-terror Gaza protests that took place one year ago.

The initiative is titled Young Zionists, and it is a co-sponsor of the rally, along with Shalom International, the Florida Security Council, and Christians & Jews United for Israel.

Young Zionists or YZ was created to respond to the growing pressure placed on Israel by the United States government and others to make "peace" with terrorist organizations such as Fatah, and terrorist harboring nations such as Syria. This pressure comes while Israel is under increasing threat from Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas.

The organization is also concerned that Israel is being told to suppress the natural growth of several of its vibrant communities, on the grounds that they are Jewish in nature, using the derogatory term "Jewish settlements" to describe them, and that they somehow do harm to a peace process that never actually existed.

One of the messages YZ will push at the rally will be to tell the White House not to hinder an Israeli military response to the Iranian nuclear threat. To read all of YZ's declarations, go to: www.youngzionists.org.

As its name suggests, YZ will work with America's youth to combat lies and distortions about the Jewish state.

AAH Chairman Joe Kaufman stated, "Animosity towards Israel is growing within the U.S., whether it's on campus from terror-related groups like the Muslim Students Association or from groups falsely disguising themselves as pro-Israel like J Street. Our youth are being corrupted to believe that Israel is in the wrong. That is unfortunate, especially given the terrorist threat that both Israel and the U.S. face today. We will fight to right that wrong."
