ANTI-HATE ORGANIZATION CALLS FOR CENSURE OF MINNESOTA CONGRESSMAN KEITH ELLISON

RELEASES VIDEO DEPICTING ELLISON'S ACTIVITY WITH RADICAL MUSLIM GROUPS

(Coral Springs, FL) Americans Against Hate (AAH), an anti-bigotry, anti-terrorism watchdog group, has called for the censure of United States Representative Keith Ellison for his activity with radical Muslim organizations and individuals.

Since Ellison was sworn into office in January 2007, he has participated in numerous events sponsored by such extremist groups as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), and the Muslim American Society (MAS). Each of the three organizations has been a party to federal terrorism-related trials initiated by the U.S. Justice Department.

When Ellison spoke in front of the Minnesota chapter of MAS, the group was propagating material on its website talking about murdering Jews, praising Hamas, and calling for violent jihad. Statements on MAS-Minnesota's site included: "If you gain a victory over the men of Jews, kill them" and "A Muslim must always worship Allah and wage jihad until death."

MAS-Minnesota paid over $13,000 for Ellison's December 2008 trip to Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

As well, Ellison's photo is featured in a North American Imams Federation (NAIF) program next to the likes of al-Qaeda web designer and suicide bombing supporter Mazen Mokhtar and unindicted co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing Siraj Wahhaj.

Americans Against Hate has released a video showing all of the above information.

AAH Chairman Joe Kaufman stated, "Representative Ellison's activities cannot be tolerated. Time and time again, he has associated himself with the American terrorist support network. The United States Congress must act to censure his behavior, as it is beyond the pale and should not be ignored any longer. We call on all Americans of conscience to make sure Keith Ellison is made accountable by contacting their representative(s) in Congress."
