From terrorism to legal Islamism: Iraqi Shia parliamentarian was sentenced to death for role in U.S. and French embassy bombings

JSEXy="0">Jamal Jafaar Mohammed won a parliamentary seat representing an area south of Baghdad in December 2005, and is a member of the ruling Shiite Muslim coalition and the Iranian-backed paramilitary Badr Organization.
