August 3, 2006 San Francisco, CA PipeLineNews.org The Western media's more than cozy relationship with Hezbollah, which has been leading throngs of pack "journalists" around like pigs on an acorn hunt, has resulted in a myth created out of whole cloth.
That myth is the Israeli "massacre" at Kana, Lebanon, and it has fallen completely apart.
Let's first start with the number of casualties.
At first 57 to 60 deaths attributed to Israeli air strikes - were claimed by Hezbollah and of course the U.N., the EU and every single United States network and cable news outlet dutifully followed the party line heaping charges of war crimes upon the IDF.
Now the ultra lefty Human Rights Watch is confirming that at a maximum 28 individual bodies can be accounted for in the wreckage at the Kana "residential" building read: missile launch center.
What has sufficed up to now for proof of the "atrocity" was a carefully coordinated series of Hezbollah propaganda video's which were released and then replayed continuously by media. The problem here is that these films have been proven to be fraudulent to their core, the now copyrighted - dead Muslim baby footage - staged for maximum PR damage to Israel, sometimes with the same "victims" appearing being loaded into different ambulances at wildly disparate times.
The central fact of the case is that the building in question collapsed nearly 8 hours after the IDF air strike which is reputed to have caused it.
It is now clear that those in the building were not permitted to leave, with the obvious culprits being Hezbollah who had great reason to forge the myth of Israeli atrocities.
As IAF Brig.-Gen. Amir Eshel stated, "It is difficult for me to believe that they waited eight hours to evacuate it."
Noted authority on Islamic terror, Robert Spencer wrote in Front Page magazine
" the building was used by Hizbullah to store explosives. This was supported by a letter by Dr. Mounir Herzallah, a southern Lebanese Shiite, who wrote that Hizbullah terrorists came to his town, dug a munitions depot and then built a school and a residence directly over it.In addition, as Reuven Koret writes for IsraelInsider, the bombing of the area occurred in three waves. The first bombs, according to CNN correspondent Brent Sadler, did not hit the building in question, but rather landed "20 or 30 meters" away. The second strike hit targets further away, and the third strike, around 7:30 in the morning, landed over 400 meters away. The first reports of a collapsed building arrived a half-hour later."
Native observers on the ground have stated that the original residents of the building moved out prior to the attack.
To recount:
The death count at Kana was wildly inflated and reported as fact without any ability of the media to confirm its figures. The Israeli Air Force was not responsible for the collapse of the building in question. Hezbollah had built the now demolished structure directly over an ammunition dump and was firing rockets South into Israel at the time of the IDF air strike. Hezbollah carefully stage managed the filming of the entire event, "casualties" were paraded for maximum effect and the actual exhumation of the bodies was not permitted to be filmed. Extremely unusual was the fact that no live "residents" were rescued, they were all dead. Even in the worst disasters involving collapsing buildings one usually finds pockets of survivors. There was almost no blood, an unbelievable occurrence given that those killed should have died from the effects of explosive generated concussion and sustained crushing injuries from the falling concrete structure all of which would have generated huge quantities of blood and gore. The general appearance of the corpses suggests they died much earlier and under different circumstances.
In summation this was a totally staged event, a "massacre" created by Hezbollah knowing that it would be accepted outright by the U.S. - not to mention the anti-Semitic world press.
The use of civilians as human shields - and apparently worse in this case - is part of the Muslim way of war.
As has been the case in Iraq, the Western media is manifestly culpable in this process they drive it, one might even say that they are a major causative factor these frauds given their almost complete and total lack of integrity.
At this point one thing is clear, that the overwhelming majority of the main stream media is complicit in this process, they seem to have no qualms about functioning as an integral part of the Muslim terror network.
The network and print media's intentional lack of curiosity about such matters raises grave questions regarding their ability to fulfill their oft bandied around "mandate" under the First Amendment.
