On March 19, 2014, Nidal Sakr, an adviser and rally organizer for the Muslim Brotherhood and former associate to the founders of al-Qaeda, was placed in handcuffs and detained, while attempting to enter the United States. This event took place merely days before he and 528 others were sentenced to death in Egyptfor the murder of an Egyptian police officer. Escaping execution, today, Sakr resides in the US, traveling between Miami, Florida and Southern California, venues from which he has threatened both America and her President.

Nidal Mohamed Sakr was born in Providence, Rhode Island. In a video of a lecture he gave in Egypt about the Muslim Brotherhood (al-Ikhwan al-Muslimin), Sakr describes himself as "US born from Palestinian origin." According to him, his mother is Egyptian and enlisted in the Brotherhood at an early age, carrying weapons and ammunition for the group. He states, "Let me be very clear about this. I was born into Ikhwan, and my mother actually is from the first generation of Ikhwan."

In his lecture, Sakr discussed how Abdullah Azzam, co-founder of al-Qaeda and mentor of Osama bin Laden, helped recruit Sakr into a terrorist cell operating out of Jordan. Following Israel's victory in the Six-Day War, Azzam had left the West Bank, which Israel had seized, and settled elsewhere in Jordan. Sakr stated, "I joined the Ikhwan… in the 80s, 70s. That was back in Jordan. And people who were teaching me in Ikhwan, when I first joined, maybe you'll be shocked to hear some of them. For example, Abdullah Azzam. The people who taught me – organized me – into Ikhwan were actually a cell, Palestinian that was fighting in Palestine… I was in it for a few years."

Sakr, as well, mentioned in his lecture how he had known/knows Osama bin Laden and his family. He stated, "Osama bin Laden, himself, was a student of Abdullah Azzam at King Abdul Aziz University. I know him personally. I know his brothers." Years later, after being apprehended outside the Jewish Federation Weinberg Center in Delray Beach, Florida, Sakr would be interrogated by the Palm Beach Police, questioned about bin Laden's whereabouts and suspected of plotting to blow up the Federation building.

No doubt, Sakr has shown great reverence for bin Laden. In December 2014, he wrote in Arabic, "Let us be clear, the first enemy of the people are tyrants and dictators. We are not hostile to those who oppose them. May Allah have mercy on our Sheikh bin Laden. He understood these dogs very well."

The video of Sakr's Muslim Brotherhood lecture was uploaded to YouTube in October 2012. It was a time of jubilation for Sakr, as Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak had been ousted and the Muslim Brotherhood's Mohamed Morsi had been chosen to take Mubarak's place. Sakr could take partial credit for Mubarak's ouster, as he had been much involved in organizing rallies against Mubarak, during Egypt's Arab Spring.

Soon, though, Morsi would, himself, fall victim to a coup against his government by the head of Egypt's military, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, who is currently Egypt's President. Sisi would assume office in June 2014; Sakr knew it was time to look for a new home. And the death sentence against him, only days after his departure, validated his decision to leave.

Following his March 2014 detainment, Sakr was somehow allowed to live unhindered in the US, setting up shop in a familiar place, Miami, Florida. He had lived in Miami, prior to leaving for Egypt. It is in Miami that he founded his organization, March for Justice, which was incorporated with Sakr as its Chairman, in July 2000. Up until recent years, the group focused much of its time on anti-Israel activities. Sakr additionally incorporated his organization in Huntington Beach, California, in June 2016.

Sitting on the March for Justice Board of Directors with Sakr is Sakr's wife, Sara Bokker. Bokker is very preoccupied with death. She posts numerous graphics on social media of sayings about death (complete with haunting images), such as: "YOU WILL DIE THE WAY YOU LIVED" and "YOU CHASE THIS LIFE AND FORGET THAT DEATH IS CHASING YOU." One of her graphics refers to death as "an inspiration." Bokker has posted quotes from deceased Hamas co-founder Abdel Aziz Rantisi and deceased al-Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki. Rantisi's read "We will all die one day. Nothing will change. If by Apache or cardiac arrest, I prefer Apache." In a July 2013 poem Bokker composed, she described the US as "arrogant," "filthy" and "immoral."

Another board member is Daniel "Abdulrahman" McBride. McBride is the former spokesman for the Islamic Center of Boca Raton (ICBR), a radical mosque with ties to al-Qaeda, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. While with ICBR, the mosque featured on its website a horrifically anti-Semitic essay, titled ‘Why can't the Jews and Muslims live together in peace?' The essay branded Jews "usurpers and aggressors" and "people of treachery and betrayal" and called for violence against Jews. According to Salon.com, when it interviewed McBride about the essay, McBride "defended it word for word." In 2005, McBride was arrested for tax fraud.

Since Sakr has been back in the US, he has issued a number of disturbing statements and posts onto social media, many of which are violent in nature. His targets tend to be world leaders and the nations they represent.

One of these leaders is Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. Sisi took over Egypt's highest office following the coup against Brotherhood leader and then-Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, whom Sakr considers the only legitimate head of Egypt. In May 2016, Sakr posted an image onto social media of Sisi made to look like Adolf Hitler, referring to him as "General Hitler al-Sisi." In May 2015, he posted a photo of Sisi in between the words "WANTED WAR CRIMINAL." In July 2015, Sakr posted a photo of masked terrorists placing a noose around Sisi's head. This past July, he wrote, "We will bury Sisi and his dogs…" and in August, he wrote, "WE WILL DEFINITELY NAIL SISI AND ALL THOSE WHO SUPPORT HIM, YOU WATCH!!!"

Sisi is not the only Arab to attract Sakr's ire. Sakr has also spoken out viciously against those who joined Sisi, this past June, in cutting diplomatic ties with Qatar. The so-called "siege" was led by Saudi Arabia and included Bahrain, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In July, Sakr wrote, "May Allah curse the rulers of the siege…" and "Death to you, the dogs of [Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al] Saud and [UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin] Zayed and Sisi. Glory to God and Islam." In June, he wrote, "Saudi Arabia will pay for its betrayal of Qatar." Prior to the siege, in May, Sakr wrote, "May Allah destroy the Saud and the king of Saud and all those who have enabled the Americans from Iraq and their wars and their coups."

Another individual Sakr has called a "war criminal" is Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In October 2015, Sakr posted a photo of Netanyahu being beheaded by a member of ISIS. About Israel, In February this year, Sakr wrote, "HAMAS' RIGHT, Only full/complete liberation." In April 2016, he wrote, "I'm Muslim Palestinian American who'll never rest till ‘Israel' is off the map." In December 2015, he wrote, "Learn why we can NEVER have PEACE as long as there is such a thing called ‘Israel.'"

Sakr doesn't just go after Israel. He also targets Jews, themselves. This past July, he wrote, "We will never eliminate the Jews in the name of the Arabs; we will not take them down except in the name of Islam." Also in July, Sakr posted a video on Facebook, which he describes as "The execution of a Saudi Arabian occupation dog," featuring a number of militants brandishing rifles and repeatedly shouting in Arabic, following a vehicle explosion in the distance, "Death to America. Death to Israel. Death to the Jews."

Overwhelmingly, though, Sakr directs most of his anger at America, which he labels "evil" and "the #1 enemy to humanity." In August, Sakr issued the following threats: "LET IT BE KNOWN!! All Middle East is occupied by US-Sponsored Terrorist Dictators. WE WILL OVERTHROW them ALL. US WILL PAY FOR ITS CRIMES;" "America MUST/WILL PAY 4 War Crimes/Crimes Against Humanity/Support of Dictators/Terror Creation;" and "TODAY: RESIST. TOMORROW: REVOLUTION. ONLY THEN AMERICA CAN BE UNITED." In July, he wrote, "Radical US Terrorism WILL COME HOME TO ROOST." In January, he warned: "Civil war imminent… From North Dakota 2 Chicago, Texas & Southern Plains American blood will be spilled."

Of the Trump Administration, in February, Sakr wrote, "Only Jihad can put this trash in check." In June, Sakr posted photos of President Trump with Sisi, King Saud and Prince Zayed, writing atop them, "[W]on't be long before they're dragged to justice." In July, he referred to Trump as an "enemy of God." This same month, he called for a "Reduced Death Penalty" for Trump. In August, he repeatedly wrote "Trump must be sacked" and wrote that Trump's daughter, Ivanka, and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, should be "sacked," as well. In August, he wrote of Trump and US Generals, "ALL THESE THUGS MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE!!!!" And in February, he wrote the following chilling note to Trump: "U come to ISLAM Or ISLAM WILL COME TO YOU."

There is no doubt that Nidal Sakr is a threat to the US, President Trump and others. It has only been three years since he, as a representative for the Muslim Brotherhood, was implicated in a murder. He was recruited into a Middle Eastern terrorist cell by al-Qaeda co-founder and Osama bin Laden mentor Abdullah Azzam, and he proudly admits that he was well acquainted with bin Laden, himself.

Sakr should not be living freely in the US. He is abusing his rights as an American citizen and should be imprisoned for threatening America and the President. At the very least, he should be surrendered to Egypt for the Egyptian government to decide what to do with him. As well, his March for Justice organization should be shut down immediately. For the sake of national security, it is Sakr who needs to be brought to justice.
