Muslims In Holland Hold Memorial In Mosque For Moroccan Armed Robber Shot Dead By Store Owner

MIM: Instead of repudiating the actions of a fellow Muslim the dead robber Abdelhak H. aka 'Sjakie Montana' is being embraced by his community.
"The identity of one of the perpetrators was quickly known. It was a 20 year old man from Eindhoven: Abdelhak 'Sjakie' H. He is known to the police. There have been demonstrations by Moroccans demanding the store owners who shot the two robbers be tried for murder and they are receiving death threats.
The identity of a second robber who was shot dead has not yet been released. He is an illegal alien. The police have also speculated that more people were involved in the attempted robbery.

Dode overvaller herdacht in moskee
De 20-jarige overvaller die vrijdag werd doodgeschoten bij een juwelier in Deurne, is vanmiddag herdacht in de Al Fourqaan moskee in Eindhoven. Volgens een woordvoerder waren er zeker 200 mensen, vooral jongeren.
'Elke moslim krijgt een gebed als hij komt te sterven', zei de woordvoerder. De kist met het lichaam van de overledene was ook in de moskee. Volgens berichten nemen familieleden het lichaam mee naar Marokko, waar hij wordt begraven.
Het lichaam van de andere doodgeschoten overvaller is nog niet vrijgegeven omdat zijn identiteit nog niet officieel is vastgesteld.
