Iran's Plan For Nuke Weapon Center Impervious To Attack Near Completion

July 15, 2011

July 13, 2011 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - According to an item appearing in Reuters, "Iran is preparing to install centrifuges for higher-grade uranium enrichment in an underground bunker...tucked deep inside a mountain to protect it against any attacks...'Enrichment from natural uranium to 20 percent is the most time-consuming and resource-intensive step when enough 20 percent enriched uranium is accumulated at the underground facility at Qom, it would take only two or three months of additional work to convert this into weapons grade material.'" [see, Reuters, Iran prepares for nuclear work in bunker, http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/07/13/us-nuclear-iran-enrichment-idUSTRE76C1A520110713]

While this clear move by Iran to indemnify its military nuclear program by placing it inside a mountain, the West continues to dither, pretending that the IAEA [Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed ElBaradei's former play-toy] and the international diplomatic community can prevent the country's eventual development [perhaps in short order] of nuclear weapons, "Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency appear to remain deadlocked in a dispute over the Iranian nuclear program following talks between Iran's foreign minister and the agency's chief in Vienna." [see, VOA, Iran, UN Watchdog Appear Deadlocked on Nuclear Dispute, http://www.voanews.com/english/news/middle-east/iran/Iran-Ready-For-Closer-IAEA-Relationship-125406088.html]

VOA also is reporting that Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, is "concerned" about Iran providing weapons to Afghan and Iraqi terrorists.

Concern?

If that is the strongest message that this administration can craft regarding Iran expanding its proxy war of terror against the U.S., then Team Obama might as well close down the Dept. of State's Iran desk and replace it with a potted plant, because this is appeasement plain and simple...worse than useless, it's provocative.
