Paterson NJ Actually Becomes Paterstine as PLO Flag Rises Over City Hall

Posted By Daniel Greenfield On May 21, 2013 @ 10:47 am In The Point

Paterson NJ has often been known as Paterstine due to the large Muslim settlements there and the connections to terrorism. Including the attacks of September 11.

New Jersey's Muslim settlements in Paterson and Jersey City have long been a security problem for New York City. And the collaboration of Jersey pols like Governor Christie and Bill Pascrell with Muslim terrorists is an ongoing problem.

The raising of the terrorist flag over Paterson's City Hall is another reminder of who really wields power in the state.

The "Palestinian flag", like everything else about the fake identity group deployed by a terrorist group, is fake. It was designed by a British diplomat and represents three historical Arab dynasties that were not based out of Israel. But the modified version currently in use was chosen by the PLO, an international terrorist organization, and it chose the flag three years before the war that resulted in the Israeli liberation of Gaza and the West Bank. That means the PLO had only one conceivable purpose. The destruction of Israel.

That's the flag that was raised over Paterson's City Hall, with the repugnant Congressman Bill Pascrell in attendance.

"Palestine is our country and we are proud of that," said Clifton resident Salwa Ramadan. "We're happy [to be] recognized finally." Paterson had never held the event because no one had asked, Mayor Jeffery Jones said. The mayor read a proclamation proclaiming May 19 as Palestinian American Day in the city and honoring the group's heritage and contributions.

He said he wasn't concerned with potential political backlash. "If they're citizens of the city of Paterson, they have every right to raise the flag," Jones said. "There's nothing that precludes them as long as they follow the process." . . . Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-Paterson, and Assemblyman Thomas Giblin, D-Clifton, showed up — with Pascrell presenting a letter of Special Congressional Recognition and Giblin presenting an Assembly resolution marking the event.

This is what the Jews who voted for Bill Pascrell really voted for. They voted to support terrorism. Interestingly Pascrell's site appears to make no mention of his terrorist house call. And who was behind the event?

According to a Feb. 2012 Press TV interview, Khader Abuassab has served on the Paterson Board of Education and has run for City Council.

In 2002 Khader Abuassab pled guilty to having racked up more than $615,000 in credit card fraud, using 40 different credit cards to circumvent credit limits on the cards, and then filing for bankruptcy to erase the debts. Abuassab admitted he had not intended to pay for the things he charged.

In 2004, Abuassab was sentenced to 13 months in prison, with two additional years of supervised release. In addition, Abuassab was ordered by the federal district court judge in New Jersey to pay $620,000 in restitution. No information was readily available about what Abuassab had originally used the money for, and whether it had all been paid back.

What is known is that after sentencing, Abuassab sought a delay of his incarceration date so that he could "travel to Mecca."

Now let's look back at the real contribution that Muslims in Paterson NJ made to America.

PATERSON – Nothing about the run-down, three-story walkup above a cluttered bodega reveals anything about the murderous plot that some former tenants helped carry out four years ago.

The roaches in the hallways look the same, as do the sticky-sweet snacks sold downstairs. But most everything else around here is different.

The top-floor apartment has changed hands at least twice since Sept. 11, 2001, when the men who used to live there died along with nearly 3,000 other people in the terrorist attacks the men carried out against the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

The bodega where as many as six of the Sept. 11 hijackers bought orange juice and doughnuts has been sold. And business is good down the street at the travel agency where one of the men purchased his ticket to board the jet that crashed into the Pentagon.

Four years after Hani Hanjour, Salem and Nawaf Alhamzi, and Ahmed Alghamdi briefly called Paterson home, and others, including Sept. 11 mastermind Mohammed Atta, made stealthy purchases of plane tickets and identification cards here, this city is doing its best to forget them.

"Nobody talks about it here," said Manuel Luna, who six months ago bought the downstairs bodega.

Maybe next, Paterson can honor Mohammed Atta. What's the real difference between him and Arafat anyway?
