Power Grab - Muslim Brotherhood Announces Plan To Topple Egyptian Government

March 9, 2012

March 8, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Emboldened by impressive electoral successes, Egypt's terrorist Muslim Brotherhood announced today that it will seek a "no-confidence," vote shortly to oust the government headed by PM Kamal al-Ganzouri.

According to the Egyptian Independent website, "Senior Muslim Brotherhood MP Essam al-Erian indicated Parliament would reject a policy statement presented by Ganzouri to the chamber in the near future. "There is a move towards rejecting the government statement," Erian said in a brief phone interview..." [source, http://www.egyptindependent.com/node/702201]

The Brotherhood expressed its intention to then grab complete control of Egypt's government, "The military should appoint a new government and should appoint the government which obtained the majority..."

That entity would of course be the Muslim Brotherhood.

Such a development would represent an opportunity, most likely previously unimaginable, because in addition to gaining control of the reins of government - a long held Brotherhood goal - the move would additionally solidity its already considerable sway within the military.
