MIM: A man "of Moroccan descent" wearing a decoy suicide bomb vest was arrested by the FBI enroute to the Capitol Building to carry out an attack. He was praying at a nearby mosque before launching the attempted attack. FBI and Capitol Police had the man under surveillance and provided him with a phony suicide bomb vest.
According to FOX News the man who has not been named was working with undercover agents whom he believed were Al Qaeda operatives.
