The Dutch Freedom Party lead by Geert Wilders has launched a ‘Street Terror Reporting' website where people who have been victims of street terror perpetrated by Moroccan youth can report the incidents. The reports will be compiled into a "black book" which will be given to the Minister in order to draw attention to the problem and press for an effective solution.

"Several million have been wasted in order to combat the misery of street terror. Projects such as ‘boat building in Rabbat' or ‘karate lessons for aggressive youth' have proven to be a complete flop. It hasn't helped a bit in a solution for stopping street terror. That there is evidence of a great structural problem appears out of the enormous list of cities which have to struggle with street terrorism. It is not only in the big cities but also cities such as Veenendaal, Gouda, Culemborg, Helmond and Amersfort, Entire districts are being terrorized and it seems as if the thugs cannot be dealt with.
The PVV has been pleading for years for a heavy handed approach, curfews, bans on gathering in certain areas, mobile police posts and denaturalization.In the case of underage perpetrators the rent subsidy, health subsidy and eventually the welfare payments of the parents must be stopped. Finally the expulsion of the family from the district must become a standard method by the combating of street terror. And of course the PVV is advocating for minimum penalties so that the thugs get the punishment they deserve.
Many people do not file a report out of fear of losing their anonymity or because of lack of faith in the police. Therefore much has not yet been named. The PVV will get a so complete as possible picture of the severity and prevalence of street terror. Are you a victim of street terror, are there unnamed incidents, has your complaint led nowhere? We want to hear. Everyone is welcome to present information. Who ,what, where and when? The struggle against street terror must be given absolute priority. Do you have suggestions and ideas? Let us know! The PVV will collect the experiences and present a black book of street terror to the minister in order to increase the pressure and finally put things in order."

Tientallen miljoenen zijn er de afgelopen jaren over de balk gesmeten om de ellende van de straatterreur tegen te gaan. Projecten als 'boten bouwen in Rabbat' of 'karatelessen voor agressieve jongeren' bleken uiteraard een complete flop. Het heeft geen millimeter geholpen bij het oplossen van straatterreur. Dat er sprake is van een groot en structureel probleem blijkt wel uit de enorme lijst van steden die te kampen hebben met straatterroristen. Het gaat dan niet alleen om de grote steden maar ook om steden als Veenendaal, Gouda, Culemborg, Helmond en Amersfoort . Complete wijken worden geterroriseerd en het tuig lijkt maar niet aangepakt te worden.
De PVV pleit al jaren voor een spijkerharde aanpak: avondklokken, gebiedsverboden, mobiele politieposten en denaturalisatie. Bij minderjarigheid van de daders dienen huurtoeslag, zorgtoeslag, kinderbijslag en eventuele bijstand van de ouders stopgezet te worden. Ten slotte moet wijkuitzetting van het complete gezin een standaard middel worden bij de bestrijding van straatterreur. En uiteraard zet de PVV in op minimumstraffen zodat het tuig de straf krijgt die het verdient.
Veel mensen doen geen aangifte uit angst anonimiteit te verliezen of door gebrek aan vertrouwen in de politie. Veel wordt dus nog niet genoemd. De PVV wil een zo compleet mogelijk beeld krijgen van de ernst en omvang van straatterreur. Bent u een slachtoffer van straatterreur, zijn er gebeurtenissen niet genoemd, heeft uw aangifte nergens toe geleid? Wij willen het horen. Iedereen is welkom informatie aan te leveren. Wie, wat, waar en wanneer? De bestrijding van straatterreur moet absolute prioriteit hebben. Heeft u suggesties of ideeën? Laat het ons weten! De PVV zal de ervaringen bundelen en een zwartboek straatterreur aanbieden aan de minister om de druk op te voeren en eindelijk orde op zaken te stellen.
