Morsi Declares Solidarity With Hamas

November 18, 2012

November 16, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - On November 14, Egypt's Freedom and Justice Party [FJP, the above ground political wing of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization, led by Egypt's president, Mohammed Morsi] strongly declared its solidarity with Gaza's Hamas government.

In typical Islamist double talk, the FJP does not overtly use the name Hamas, but instead refers to it as the, "Palestinian resistance."

Note: the Muslim Brotherhood created Hamas with the expressed purpose of using it to destroy the Jewish state.

Below from the Hamas charter:

"The Charter of Allah: The Platform of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas)

"In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate You are the best community that has been raised up for mankind. Ye enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency; and ye believe in Allah. And if the People of the Scripture had believed, it had been better for them. Some of them are believers; but most of them are evil-doers. They will not harm you save a trifling hurt, and if they fight against you they will turn and flee. And afterward they will not be helped. Ignominy shall be their portion wheresoever they are found save [where they grasp] a rope from Allah and a rope from man. They have incurred anger from their Lord, and wretchedness is laid upon them. That is because they used to disbelieve the revelations of Allah, and slew the Prophets wrongfully. That is because they were rebellious and used to transgress." Surat Al-Imran (III), verses 109-111 Israel will rise and will remain erect until Islam eliminates it as it had eliminated its predecessors. The Islamic World is burning. It is incumbent upon each one of us to pour some water, little as it may be, with a view of extinguishing as much of the fire as he can, without awaiting action by the others..." Relations between Israel and the Gazan government have always, to put it diplomatically, been strained with an uneasy peace often punctuated by periodic attacks on Israel by Hamas irregulars often using weapons supplied by Iran.

Matters went from simmer to boil upon the IDF's recent assassination of Ahmed Jaabari, perhaps the key Hamas military chief and responsible for coordinating numerous acts of terror.

As one can see from the text of the FJP/Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas presser, Morsi's political party is fully supportive of the organization whose only function is to kill and maim as many Israelis as possible.

Also please note that FJP seems quite proud of Hamas' June 25, 2006 kidnapping of a young IDF soldier, Gilad Shalit, whom it then used to broker the release of over a thousand terror suspects from Israeli prisons in exchange for Mr. Shalit.

FJP statement:

"The Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) strongly condemns the assassination by Israeli occupation forces of Qassam commander Ahmed Jaabari, a crime which should see a fast Arab and international response to stop a wave of similarly bloody massacres against the Palestinian people besieged in the Gaza Strip, and which are being used by the Israeli government for leverage in political conflicts raging within Israel.

The FJP believes that Israeli resumption of the policy of target killings against leaders of the Palestinian resistance movements confirms that the Israeli occupation wants to drag the whole region into instability, confusion and chaos, but Israel should be warned that the changes recently witnessed in the Arab region, especially in Egypt, cannot allow Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people to go unpunished as in the past.

Further, the FJP offers sincere condolences to the leaders of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas and the Palestinian people for the martyrdom of the great warrior Ahmed Jaabari, who was one of the main architects of the deal which secured the release of more than a thousand Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the soldier Gilad Shalit."
