MIM:The US consulate still refuses to put Jerusalem Israel on birth certificates and passports.
Yet Consul General Walles 'dhimmied' his way to the non existant country of Palestine, where he went to the
offices of Sari Nussibeh, the faux moderate who appeared on television with Khaled Maschaal,
the head of Hamas in Damascus and the mother of a sucide bomber upon whom he lavished praise.
One wonders if any of the books will find their way to the offices of Professor Mustafa Abu Sway, the
documented Hamas operative who came to Florida Atlantic University on a Fulbright, and returned to
his position as head of Islamic studies Al Quds, and his Hamas activities on the Temple Mount.
S. Consul General Jacob Walles presented Al Quds University with over 50 books for the Economic Sciences and Business College. The books were accepted by Dr. Sari Nusseibeh, President of Al Quds University, and Dr. Iskander Najjar, Dean of the Business Faculty, in a small ceremony in Dr. Nusseibeh's office.
The books, which deal with economic issues and business practices and which are all authored by Americans, were purchased with a four thousand dollar grant from the U.S. Consulate General's Public Affairs Section. They will be housed at the Business College library in Beit Hanina.
"The presentation of these books reflects the U.S. Consulate's continued efforts to support Palestinian academic institutions and to enhance opportunities for intellectual exchange between Americans and Palestinians," the Consul General said during the ceremony. He added that this grant was only one of the many cooperative projects between Al Quds and the Consulate and that he looked forward to continued cooperation on new ventures.
