CAIR Fuhrer Altaf- aka- Adolf Ali

"Islam uber Alles "

-----------------------------------------------------

The director of the Florida based Council on American Islamic Relations Altaf aka "Adolf" Ali, will have to spin more then a derwish on speed to prove that a Muslim who threatened to blow up a Best Buy electronics shop in was really saying "These rebates are a big lie".

' Adolf ' Ali exploited the chance for free television time to rant about discrimination. intimating that the Best Buy clerks failure to understand Arabic had been the root cause of another case of ' Muslim induced victimisation'.

"We believe this is simply an misunderstanding between the clerk and the accused".

Ali essentially claims that when illegal alien Tasir Okashah, 'mistrustful' of rebate policies, told Best Buy salesman Alejaundro Schnakofsky that :

"I am going to come back and blow this place up if I don't get my money this time".he thought it was english for ,"These rebates are a big lie".

'Adolf 'Ali's bellowing to the press about anti Muslim discrimination, after the store filed charges, translates as:

" Everything which I saying is an even bigger lie", and, "this is a shakedown".

In an amusing twist to the story ,Tasir Okashah, the 'alleged' Best Buy bomber wannabe, was put in jail on immigration violation charges.

Okashah, who was accused of "threatening to detonate an explosive " was described by Ali as "a very humble member of the community".

Besides threatening to blow up the electronics store, Okashah overstayed his visa.

It will be interesting to see what other illegalities involving Okashah which will be uncovered in the course of the investigation.

--------------------------------------------------

According to Ali. "the core of the problem was miscommunication exacerbated by negative stereotyping".

In order to facilitate Islamist- infidel dialouge, MIM has printed a handy Arabic phrase book below for tourists in Muslim areas.

MIM is working on a complete phrase book of idiomatic expressions from Arabic into English for Americans who are threatened with being blown up by irate Muslims, or with a discrimination lawsuit by CAIR when they complain of Islamist intimidation.

Plantation · A Miami Beach man, arrested this week on charges he threatened to blow up an electronics store, was the victim either of a misguided investigation or a misunderstanding, an advocacy group said Friday.

Plantation police, however, said the arrest was made only after a complete investigation, and the Broward County State Attorney's Office said it was reviewing the case before filing formal charges, as is common.

The arrest Tuesday of Taiser Okashah, 43, after a June 3 exchange that was reported to the police on June 5, was troubling, said Altaf Ali, executive director of the Florida office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

"The community is very concerned that a very humble member of the community, for asking a question about a rebate, can be put in jail," Ali said during a news conference. Okashah, a Muslim, was being held without bond at Broward County Jail. He was charged by Plantation police with threatening to detonate an explosive.

According to Ali, an arrest affidavit and a police report, the incident began at 7:30 p.m. June 3, when Okashah went to the Best Buy store at 12301 W. Sunrise Blvd. and encountered sales representative Alejaundro Schnakofsky. After discussing the purchase of a laptop computer, Okashah questioned whether he would get the rebate.

Schnakofsky said in a sworn statement that Okashah said, "I am going to come back and blow up this place if I do not get my money this time."

But Okashah never introduced the idea of a bomb, according to Ali. "All he said was, `These rebates are a big lie,' and it appears the clerk misunderstood that statement," Ali said.

Two days after the incident, the Best Buy manager made a report with Plantation police, and a detective interviewed Schnakofsky and two store managers before obtaining an arrest warrant from a Circuit Court judge. Plantation Police Sgt. Al Butler could not explain why the store waited two days to report the incident, and officials at the store declined to comment.

Ali said Okashah was wrongly being held without charges, and he could not understand why an immigration hold had been placed on Okashah.

Barbara Gonzalez of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said the hold was placed on Okashah because he overstayed the visa under which he entered the country.

The core of the problem was a miscommunication, exacerbated by the negative stereotyping of Muslims, Ali said. "We believe this was simply a misunderstanding between the clerk and the accused."

Staff Researcher Bill Lucey contributed to this report.

Note that while 'Adolf' Ali is ranting about a "possible' profiling case, the INS reacted to a definite immigration violation .

Note that the CAIR spin on the story is that a poor innocent Muslim was held for "questioning a rebate policy" not because they made bomb threats " The PR also neglects to mention that the Muslim is not being held because of the Best Buy incident but for an immigration violation !

Making it up as they go along :

CAIR = The Council of Arab Islamic Radicals :

Deceit as Jihad

The short CAIR press release is a case study into the MO of the groups intimidation methods via the media.

Not one sentence contains any substantiated claims and the key words are possible and alleged.

CAIR is making a case where there is none to begin with for the purposes of publicity and as a warning to infidels who might consider exercising their civil rights against aggressive Muslims.

*The PR is headed ...Muslims react to a "possible profiling case".

*The group is "calling for an investigation into what "may be a case of Muslim profiling".

*A Muslim shopper was arrested for "allegedly making threats "

*"The police report was aparently based on heresay information "

*"Immigration officials allegedly have a hold of someone who is a permanent legal resident"

We need to know why store employees "allegedly questioned the Muslim on his national origin"

The press release parrots Ali's 'con'clusion that "the arrest was simply a matter of language barriers and overreaction on the part of store employees and law enforcement officials."

In CAIR's vision of a' United States of Allah', the Best Buy employees and law enforcement should soon all be speaking Arabic so they won't " overeact " when bomb threats are made by Muslims in Arab accented english .

CAIR Fuhrer 'Adolf' Ali will not doubt press for the Best Buy staff to be forced to undergo "diversity training" aka Da'wa and that law enforcement be given sensitivity courses in how not to offend bomber wannabes who are acting in the name of Allah and practicing the "peaceful religion of Islam".

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ali disingenuously states that it took more then a month for the arrest.

The article above cites law enforcement remarking on the fact that it took two days to file a complaint.

If indeed the arrest came a month after the report then the case has nothing to do with the Best Buy incident and everything to do with Okashah's illegal alien status.

Ali perfidiously states in the PR that the immigration authorities have a hold on "an allegedly illegal resident "

CAIR's Islamist weltaanshaung holds that the entire world is the domain of Allah, therefore it follows that there can be no such thing as a Muslim who is an "illegal resident" as "alleged" by the infidels of the INS.

FL MUSLIMS REACT TO POSSIBLE PROFILING CASE
7/2/2004

- NEWS CONFERENCE ADVISORY- FL MUSLIMS REACT TO POSSIBLE PROFILING CASE

Miami Muslim held after questioning rebate policy at Best Buy (MIAMI, FL, 7/2/2004) -

The Florida office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-FL) will hold a news conference today outside a Plantation Best Buy store to call for an investigation into what the group says may be a case of anti-Muslim profiling.

WHAT: CAIR News Conference WHERE: Outside the Best Buy, 12301 W. Sunrise Blvd, Plantation, Fla. WHEN: Friday, July 2, 3 p.m.

According to police reports obtained by CAIR-FL, a Muslim shopper was arrested on June 30 for allegedly making threats while purchasing an item at the store on June 3, 2004. The man denies making any threats and says he only questioned the store clerk about the authenticity of a rebate coupon. Videotapes from store surveillance cameras show the Muslim customer in conversation with the clerk

. 'We need to know why the police report was apparently based on hearsay information, why the arrest took place almost a month after the incident, why no charges have been filed, why immigration authorities allegedly have a hold on a legal permanent resident, why store employees allegedly questioned the customer about his national origin, and why bond was denied,' said CAIR-FL Executive Director Altaf Ali.

Ali raised the possibility that the arrest stemmed from language barriers and over-reactions by store employees and law enforcement officials.

CAIR, America's largest Islamic civil liberties group, is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and has 28 regional offices and chapters nationwide and in Canada. - END -

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note that 'Adolf' Ali defended a disgruntled Muslim customer who made bomb threats in person to a store clerk, calling him " a humble member of the community" .

Even more brazenly, Altaf Ali decried Okashah's detention despite the fact that he committed an immigration violation for overstaying his visa.

Contrast this with the case with that of Dale Ehrgott, who wrote an email to CAIR which allegedly warned: "You have taught us much about terrorism so get ready to be the receiver", (see article below).

Ehrgott said that "it wasn't a threat, just a nasty email", adding that he "meant no harm".

CAIR's propaganda machine went into full gear and convinced the State Attorney, Daniel Ogden, to obtain a grand jury indictment against Ehrgott. The US government is having CAIR director Nihad Awad and chairman Ibrahim Hooper testify for the prosecution.

In September 2003, Awad and CAIR refused to testify before a Senate Hearing called "9/11 Connecting the dots" which exposed CAIR's links to Hamas and suicide bombings.

If the Ehrgott case goes to court in Nevada , CAIR's ties to terror will be exposed and put on record .

This time CAIR won't be able to "plead the 5th ".

Excerpts from :" Bad CAIR Day":

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/Printable.asp?ID=9981
September 10th, 2003 will forever be remembered as a grim day for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). On that day, the eve of the second anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, CAIR faced up to its own terrorist connections.

It ran away from testifying before an influential Senate panel that heard a barrage of incriminating evidence about the group and its connections. It saw one of its former officials plead guilty to terrorist-related crimes in Federal Court. And, it was stood up by two Department of Justice officials at an immigration symposium in Florida.

CAIR should find it hard to recover from this string of defeats.

Last Wednesday, The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security held the second in a series of hearings aimed at examining Saudi Arabia's role in exporting Islamic extremism abroad.

The hearing, titled "Two Years After 9/11: Connecting the Dots," was focused on the prevalence of the radical Wahhabi Islamic sect among Muslim political groups in the U.S. CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad and Chairman Omar Ahmed were invited to testify at the hearing, but both declined to attend.

In their absence – and in front of their empty witness chair - the committee heard compelling evidence that Saudi Arabia financially and ideologically supports a network of American organizations that act as the defenders, financiers, and front groups of international terrorists. CAIR has been a major player in this network since its creation in 1994, with a particularly soft spot for the suicide-bombing death squads of Hamas.

MIM: Note that the Department of Justice officials mentioned as "no shows" at the FL symposium was a direct result of the intervention of the director of MIM who issued a press release together with an associate advising the invited officials of CAIR's terrorism ties. Out of 8 speakers, 4 cancelled at the last minute.

Altaf Ali sat forlornly on the podium, next to 4 empty seats while ACLU lawyer Marx and Cheryl Little of the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center "preached to the converted".

(The meeting was moderated by ABC 10's Michael Putney and transcripts of the "Town Hall Meeting 9/11 where do we go from here?" are available.)

Broker indicted for Muslim threat
From correspondents in Reno, Nevada

AN insurance broker in the US has been indicted on charges he sent an email threatening to harm members of an Islamic civil rights group in retaliation for terrorist attacks on Americans.

The email allegedly warned: "You have taught us much about terrorism so get ready to be the receiver".

A grand jury in Reno indicted Dale T Ehrgott on March 3 on a charge of transmitting a threat in interstate commerce, US Attorney Daniel Bogden said today.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.

Ehrgott said he meant no harm in the email sent last August to the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations.

"It wasn't a threat, just a nasty email," Ehrgott said in a brief telephone interview.

"It is an anti-American organisation."

Council spokesman Ibrahim Hooper said the group is glad prosecutors "are taking these incidents seriously and acting accordingly".

Ehrgott is scheduled to go to trial July 13, Bogden said.

CAIR: 'Moderate' Friends of Terror

by Daniel Pipes
New York Post

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations presents itself as just another civil-rights group. "We are similar to a Muslim NAACP," says spokesman Ibrahim Hooper. Its public language - about promoting "interest and understanding among the general public with regards to Islam and Muslims in North America" - certainly boosts an image of moderation.

That reputation has permitted CAIR to prosper since its founding in 1994, garnering sizeable donations, invitations to the White House, respectful media citations and a serious hearing by corporations.

In reality, CAIR is something quite different. For starters, it's on the wrong side in the war on terrorism. One indication came in October 1998, when the group demanded the removal of a Los Angeles billboard describing Osama bin Laden as "the sworn enemy," finding this depiction "offensive to Muslims."

The same year, CAIR denied bin Laden's responsibility for the twin East African embassy bombings. As Hooper saw it, those explosions resulted from some vague "misunderstandings of both sides." (A New York court, however, blamed bin Laden's side alone for the embassy blasts.)

In 2001, CAIR denied his culpability for the Sept. 11 massacre, saying only that "if [note the "if"] Osama bin Laden was behind it, we condemn him by name." (Only in December was CAIR finally embarrassed into acknowledging his role.)

CAIR consistently defends other militant Islamic terrorists too. The conviction of the perpetrators of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing it deemed "a travesty of justice." The conviction of Omar Abdel Rahman, the blind sheikh who planned to blow up New York City landmarks, it called a "hate crime." The extradition order for suspected Hamas terrorist Mousa Abu Marook it labeled "anti-Islamic" and "anti-American."

Not surprisingly, CAIR also backs those who finance terrorism. When President Bush closed the Holy Land Foundation in December for collecting money he said was "used to support the Hamas terror organization," CAIR decried his action as "unjust" and "disturbing."

CAIR even includes at least one person associated with terrorism in its own ranks. On Feb. 2, 1995, U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White named Siraj Wahhaj as one of the "unindicted persons who may be alleged as co-conspirators" in the attempt to blow up New York City monuments. Yet CAIR deems him "one of the most respected Muslim leaders in America" and includes him on its advisory board.

For these and other reasons, the FBI's former chief of counterterrorism, Steven Pomerantz, concludes that "CAIR, its leaders and its activities effectively give aid to international terrorist groups."

Nor is terrorism the only disturbing aspect of CAIR's record. Other problems include:

Intimidating moderate Muslims. In at least two cases (Hisham Kabbani and Khalid Durán), CAIR has defamed moderate Muslims who reject its extremist agenda, leading to death threats against them.

Embracing murderers. CAIR responded to the arrest and conviction of Jamil Al-Amin (the former H. Rap Brown) by praising him, raising funds for him and then denying his guilt after his conviction for the murder of an Atlanta policeman. Likewise with Ahmad Adnan Chaudhry of San Bernardino, Calif.: Disregarding his conviction for attempting murder, CAIR declared him "innocent" and set up a defense fund for him.

Promoting anti-Semitism. The head of CAIR's Los Angeles office, Hussam Ayloush, routinely uses the term "zionazi" when referring to Israelis. CAIR co-hosted an event in May 1998 at which an Egyptian militant Islamic leader, Wagdi Ghunaym, called Jews the "descendants of the apes."

Aggressive ambitions. As reported by the San Ramon Valley Herald, CAIR Chairman Omar M. Ahmad told a crowd of California Muslims in July 1998, "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran . . . should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth."

CAIR's real record is one of extremism. North American Muslims themselves are beginning to discover - and the government, leading media, churches, and businesses should follow - that CAIR represents not the noble civilization of Islam but an aggressive and radical strain similar to that which led to the suicide hijackings last September. CAIR must be shunned as a fringe group by responsible institutions and individuals throughout North America.

MIM: Update on Okhashah Case. Trial scheduled for Feb.14th on second degree felony charges for" threatening to detonate an explosive device"

Radical Islam's Hypocrisy[: The Ehrgott & Okashah Cases]

http://www.danielpipes.org/article/2348

by Daniel Pipes
New York Sun
January 18, 2005

The mentality of radical Islam includes several main components, of which one is Muslim supremacism: A belief that believers alone should rule and otherwise enjoy an exalted status over non-Muslims. This outlook dominates the Islamist worldview as much in the streets of Paris as in the caves of Afghanistan.

Two recent American criminal cases highlight this attribute. Both involve the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a Saudi-funded group whose leadership sometimes announces its goal to Islamize America ("Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant.")

The first criminal case concerns Dale Ehrgott, a non-Muslim insurance broker living in Reno, Nev. Appalled by CAIR's record of apologizing for terrorism, plus the then-recent arrest on terrorism-related charges of its former employee Ismail Royer, Mr. Ehrgott dashed off four angry e-mails to CAIR in mid-2003.

One read: "We accept you [sic] holy war. Looking forward to it very much. We can deal with you easily especially since you are on our soil. You have taught us much about terrorism so get ready to be the receiver." In another message, some weeks later, he wrote: "You are making a lot of people angry and you idiots are sitting ducks."

"It wasn't a threat, just a nasty email," Mr. Ehrgott told The Associated Press. He described CAIR as "an anti-American organization" and pointed out that at no time did he physically intimidate it. CAIR saw matters differently and forwarded the notes to law enforcement agencies, which came down heavily on Mr. Ehrgott, perhaps because the Department of Justice decided to make an example of him.

Describing these e-mails as containing "a threat to injure members" of CAIR, the American attorney for Nevada, Daniel Bogden, convinced a federal grand jury in March 2004 to indict Mr. Ehrgott. Mr. Bogden then threw the book at Mr. Ehrgott, who, if convicted, faced up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

But after his September 2004 trial ended in a hung jury, the feds abruptly lost their taste for prosecuting Mr. Ehrgott. They settled with him on January 13, letting him off with a trivial sentence: One year's probation and 50 hours of community service, implicitly acknowledging that he had acted rashly but not dangerously.

The second case concerns Taiser Hosien Okashah, a Muslim food broker (and an illegal immigrant from Syria) living in Miami Beach. On June 3, 2004, Mr. Okashah threatened to destroy the Best Buy store in Plantation, Fla., because, according to the store clerk's sworn testimony, he was displeased with a rebate offer on a laptop computer. "I am going to come back and blow up this place if I do not get my money this time," the clerk quotes him as saying. On June 29, the authorities arrested Mr. Okashah, charged him with threatening to detonate an explosive, and briefly jailed him without bond.

The executive director of CAIR's Florida office, Altaf Ali, leapt to Mr. Okashah's defense. Muslims, he said, are "very concerned that a very humble member of the community, for asking a question about a rebate, can be put in jail."

Mr. Ali attributed Mr. Okashah's travails to a miscommunication exacerbated by the negative stereotyping of Muslims. A CAIR press release further specified that the arrest stemmed from "language barriers and overreactions by store employees and law enforcement officials."

Mr. Ali also sought to have the judge in the case removed because he had ordered Mr. Okashah to undergo a psychological evaluation. Nonetheless, Mr. Okashah is scheduled to go to trial on February 14 for the second-degree felony charge of "threatening to detonate an explosive device."

In CAIR's eyes, then, when a non-Muslim broker responds too emotionally to terrorism, he deserves years in jail and financial ruin. But when a Muslim broker threatens a store, he's the innocent victim of "negative stereotyping" who deserves release without any punishment at all.

The Ehrgott and Okashah incidents fit an ugly Islamist pattern of double standards. Although CAIR presents itself as a civil-rights group, it is just the opposite: An organization asserting special privileges for Muslims and derogating the rights of others.

When Western institutions grant legitimacy to Islamist organizations like CAIR, they strengthen Islamist supremacism and its drive for Muslim dominance. Those institutions need to get smart and retract that legitimacy, reserving it for Muslims who reject radical Islam.

There were calls for a popular Muslim rap group "New Immigrant Generation" to be banned when they released songs with lyrics inciting people to kill Jews and praising the 9/11 attacks.

CDA eist verbod ‘racistische' teksten jonge rapgroep NAG

The Christian Democrat party ministers Verdonk and Donner want to stop the NAG group. The four young members of the group from Hilversum and East Amsterdam are viciously antisemitic, praise the terror group Hamas ,the 9/11 attacks, and Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden. They also attack homosexuals, blacks, and women.

A member of the cabinet,M.Sterk, wants the ministers op intergration and justice to decide if the texts from the "New Immigrant Generation", are permissible. The Center for Documentation and Information Israel filed a complaint against the rappers.

"In their texts Jews are insulted and threatened.

They sing: "F--k the Jews, the immigrants are coming to kill you"...

According to CIDI director Ronnie Naftaniel the officer of justice told him in a letter that they have not yet arrested any suspects ,but that an investigative is underway into the practices of the NAG group.
