AMSTERDAM, Dec 12 (Reuters) - A court in Rotterdam said on Monday the Netherlands can extradite a Dutch citizen charged with planning attacks on Americans in Iraq to the United States, a newspaper reported.
Wesam Al Delaema, an Iraqi-born Dutch citizen, was arrested in the Netherlands in May and is charged with four counts of conspiracy. His lawyer said they will appeal the decision, the Dutch daily De Volkskrant reported in its online edition on Monday.
