MPAC confab "Examining our role in America" 12/17/05 with CAIR's Ahmed -'faux moderate' Reza Aslan & linkup to terror tied Tariq Ramadan

December 13, 2005

MIM: The Muslim Public Affairs Council is no longer attempting to maintain a veneer of moderation, and has openly joined forces with the Council on American Islamic Relations- and possibly enjoying some of their Wahhabist funding as well. The upcoming MPAC confab will feature CAIR's Parvez Ahmad and a video linkup with Tariq Ramadan, who was banned from entering the US last year because he posed a threat to homeland security.

Reza Aslan, the author of a book "No God but God" is the new "faux moderate" poster boy, who presents his book as an explanation of Islam, when it is nothing more then an exercise in pseudo intellectual Da'wa. According to Aslan it is the Muslims, and not the West who have more to fear from Jihadists, and Osama Bin Laden merely targetted the West to get them to attack Muslim countries and thus galavanise people for Jihad. Aslan absurdly contends that Westerners are merely being used as decoy ducks by terrorists, whose real aim is to create a war within Islam, and that Muslims are the real targets.http://webarchive.unionleader.com/articles_showa.html?article=63210

Aslan's star billing at the radical Islamist MPAC terror soiree speaks for itself.

The title of the confab "Examining our role in America" is a reference to the Muslims intent to turn the United States of America into a United States of Da'wa. http://www.mpac.org/home_article_display.aspx?ITEM=847
